Our Story

A tiny roastery with a big heart.

Small Town Roastery started as a way to bring better coffee into quiet Ontario mornings. We roast in small batches, pay attention to the little details, and keep things intentionally small so we can stay close to the people drinking our coffee.

Most of our orders still come through Instagram messages, texts, and chats at local spots. If you’ve found this page, you’re probably already one of those people — and we’re really glad you’re here.

FAQ

Questions we get in our DMs (and the answers).

DM us on Instagram, email smalltowncoffeeroastery@outlook.com, or text / WhatsApp 519-550-5381. Tell us which coffee you’d like, whether you need whole bean or ground, and we’ll confirm pickup / delivery and payment details with you.
Yes. Just tell us how you brew at home – espresso machine, moka pot, drip, pour-over, French press, etc. We’ll grind to match your setup so your coffee extracts properly.
We’re mostly local, so we’ll always try to arrange pickup or local delivery first. If you’re outside our area, send us your address and we’ll let you know what shipping options and costs look like right now.
We roast in small batches and aim to get the coffee to you within a few days of roast. Every bag has a roast date printed on it. Most coffees taste best from around day 4 to 21.
We’d love to chat about it. Email us with a bit about your space, how you brew, and how much coffee you go through, and we’ll follow up with wholesale details and samples.
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature, away from light and moisture. No fridge or freezer needed. Try to grind just what you need each time for the best flavour.
If you like a classic, smooth cup, start with a medium roast like our house blend. If you’re curious about brighter flavours, ask us for a lighter roast recommendation. You can also DM us a photo of your brewer and how you usually drink coffee — we’ll send a suggestion.
